There is a unit mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bed apartment dwellings. The site is located on a long narrow strip of land approximately 2 km to the north-west of Dublin City Centre. The proposal consists of seven 4-storey apartment buildings in total, forming a series of landscaped courtyard spaces, including the main pubic open space, each interconnected by the ‘Spine Route’ pedestrian and cycle pathway.
